Position Summary
This role owns the day-to-day performance and integrity of AMT’s Marketing systems, primarily HubSpot, while centralizing key Marketing operations such as lead management, reporting, vendor coordination, and event logistics. The position ensures our marketing engine runs efficiently, data is reliable for decision-making, and execution is streamlined across teams.

Experience & Skills
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot (workflows, lists, reporting, integrations)
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across marketing and CRM systems
Experience building and maintaining marketing dashboards and performance tracking tied to pipeline outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Experience in managing end-to-end logistics for tradeshows and corporate events, including vendor coordination and timeline management
Experience coordinating marketing collateral, apparel, and merchandise programs, including inventory management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, including campaign execution and operational support
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process consistency, budget tracking, and invoice accuracy
Ability to identify issues in workflows or systems and proactively troubleshoot and resolve them
Experience or strong interest in developing and managing AI agents and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, enhance data processing, and increase departmental output.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support internal stakeholders and external partners
Must successfully complete drug screen, physical, and E-Verify
Education
A high school diploma or GED is required. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred. In the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in marketing operations, event coordination, or CRM/HubSpot management, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
Job Duties
Own administration and optimization of HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties, integrations).
Ensure lead flow integrity from inbound capture through CRM sync and pipeline progression.
Maintain lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and performs ongoing data hygiene/audits.
Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot/CRM to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Ensure campaigns are properly structured for tracking, tagging, and attribution.
Lead and manage the end-to-end logistics for all company tradeshows and events.
Oversee post-show lead entry and ensure attribution is correctly captured in HubSpot.
Serve as primary point of contact for external vendors (print shops, apparel suppliers, software reps).
Manage marketing materials inventory/fulfillment across all company locations.
Place orders for literature, business cards, and promotional merchandise as necessary.
Monitor and manage apparel, merchandise, and giveaways programs.
Maintain the Marketing budget tracker, ensuring all invoices are coded correctly to business units.
Assist in developing and maintaining team member onboarding training programs.
Coordinate cross-functional activities (video shoots, Sales/Marketing tactical meetings).
Utilize mapping software (Espatial) to maintain Sales territory maps.
Route and prioritize incoming marketing requests from business units to appropriate team members.
Draft initial slide decks and data visualizations for meetings/presentations.
