The Role
iLTC is looking for a digitally-minded marketer who knows how to drive revenue across owned channels and isn't afraid to get into the data to figure out why something is or isn't working. As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the commercial engine, DTC paid media, email, SMS, loyalty, affiliate, and site performance, and you're accountable for the numbers.

You'll work closely with our Integrated Marketing Manager on campaign timing and messaging, and with our Creative Director on assets. But when it comes to channel performance and revenue, the buck stops with you. This is a player-coach role, you'll manage a small team while staying hands-on with execution.

What You'll Do
Performance & Growth

Own DTC revenue performance across all owned digital channels, from conversion, AOV, and growth metrics

Lead paid media strategy and execution across DTC channels

Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend across performance and retention

Track and report on core KPIs including ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and channel ROI

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

Own email marketing, end to end strategy, list management, segmentation, and performance

Build and manage SMS marketing from the ground up

Develop and grow loyalty and retention programs that drive repeat purchase and lifetime value

Own affiliate and creator commerce programs from an ecommerce perspective and partnering with social media manager

Manage Faire as a wholesale digital channel

DTC & B2B

Partner with website merchandiser on DTC site performance, A/B testing, and user experience

Own the B2B website as a channel ensuring it serves wholesale partners effectively

Use analytics to identify friction points and continuously improve site performance

Directly manage two team members: a digital marketing specialist and a website merchandiser

Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager on campaign timing, messaging alignment, and channel execution

Work with the Creative Director on digital ad creative and asset needs

Coordinate with the VP of Marketing on strategy, priorities, and performance reporting

What You Bring

4+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, with hands-on experience managing paid media, email, and site performance

Proven track record driving DTC revenue growth

Experience with email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo or similar), paid media channels (Meta, Google), and site analytics

Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, dashboards, and performance metrics

Experience managing or mentoring team members while staying hands-on with execution

Organized and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple channels and priorities simultaneously

Experience with affiliate programs, loyalty platforms, or wholesale digital channels a plus

Passion for creative communities and craft culture a plus
