Ensure a consistent visual style that reflects the company’s brand identity.Visual Design and CompositionStrong understanding of visual design principles such as composition, color, lighting, framing, and motion aesthetics to create visually compelling content.Video Production OversightSupervise the entire video production process including concept development, pre-production planning, filming direction, and post-production review. Maintain high creative and technical standards throughout the process.Storytelling and Content DevelopmentLead the development of visual narratives that effectively communicate brand messaging and product value through engaging video storytelling.Collaboration and Team LeadershipWork closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop video strategies that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
