We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our growing Marketing Department.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager supports the execution and coordination of Cona Elder Law’s marketing, content, community, and philanthropic initiatives. This role ensures that marketing plans are carried out consistently across channels, timelines are met, assets are organized, and campaigns are activated smoothly.

The Marketing Manager works across firm marketing and attorney spotlight initiatives—including Legally Melissa, Mondays with Melissa, and the firm podcasts - supporting content planning, cross-platform coordination, events, and outreach while maintaining strong operational organization.
This role is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative, supporting strategy set by the Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Content, Social & Digital Marketing.
Coordinate and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Support blog production by coordinating with attorneys, managing deadlines, and assisting with ghostwritten content workflows.
Upload, format, and publish blogs and related content on the website.
Assist with email marketing campaigns related to blogs, webinars, events, and firm initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Content, Media & Channel Coordination
Support planning and coordination of content across blog, social, video, podcast, email, webinars, and events.
Assist in executing content themes and editorial calendars for initiatives such as Mondays with Melissa, the firm podcast, and attorney thought leadership.
Coordinate cross-platform collaboration to ensure content is repurposed and distributed consistently (e.g., video → blog → social → email).
Maintain publishing schedules and ensure timely rollout of content across platforms.
Organize and tag media assets to support content planning and reuse.
Webinars & Educational Programming
Support planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and virtual education programs.
Coordinate registrations, reminders, recordings, and follow-up communications.
Assist with post-webinar content repurposing.
Events, Philanthropy & Community Outreach
Support execution and promotion of the firm’s philanthropic initiatives, charitable drives, and community programs.
Assist with planning and logistics for in-person events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
Coordinate promotional materials, timelines, and post-event communications.
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
Maintain organized digital filing systems for marketing and media assets.
Ensure consistent naming conventions, version control, and archiving.
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and shared documentation.
Promotional Items & Brand Materials
Manage inventory, sourcing, ordering, and distribution of branded and philanthropic promotional items.
Track storage, replenishment, and availability of materials for events and outreach.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Experience with elder care or trust & estates law firms a plus.
