We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across brand, licensing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and partnership channels. This role will assist in managing campaigns, product launches, influencer initiatives, events, social media coordination, and cross-functional communication across multiple lifestyle and fashion brands.

The ideal candidate is proactive, culturally aware, digitally savvy, and passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.


This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. There will be required travel between NYC and LA on a monthly basis.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Campaign Coordination


  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and social channels
  • Coordinate launch calendars, campaign timelines, and marketing deliverables
  • Support seasonal product launches, collaborations, and brand activations
  • Assist in developing presentations, recap decks, marketing briefs, and campaign reports
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing channels


Social Media & Content Support


  • Coordinate social media calendars and content scheduling
  • Assist with content creation, influencer coordination, and community engagement
  • Organize creative assets including photography, video, campaign imagery, and product information
  • Support paid media and digital marketing initiatives with asset management and reporting
  • Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and consumer engagement opportunities


Influencer, PR & Partnership Coordination


  • Assist with influencer gifting, seeding, and partnership tracking
  • Coordinate PR sample requests, product shipments, and event logistics
  • Maintain influencer, media, and partner databases
  • Support collaboration launches and strategic partnership initiatives
  • Assist with experiential marketing events, pop-ups, and trade shows


Ecommerce & Retail Marketing Support


  • Coordinate marketing needs for e-commerce launches and retailer programs
  • Support wholesale and retail partners with marketing assets and promotional materials
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance, traffic, engagement, and sell-through metrics
  • Help maintain marketing calendars aligned with retailer and distributor timelines


Administrative & Cross-Functional Support


  • Organize internal approvals, meeting notes, and project trackers
  • Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, sales, ecommerce, and licensing teams
  • Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Support ad hoc brand and marketing initiatives as needed


Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, social media, PR, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through



Preferred Experience


  • Experience within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, consumer products, or licensing industries
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Exposure to influencer management, experiential marketing, or PR coordination
  • Experience supporting wholesale or retail marketing initiatives
