What you'll do
Deliver polished, on-brand creative across digital and print for high-visibility marketing and corporate initiatives
Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepting that elevates how Pax8 connects with partners
Own complex, cross-functional projects from early concept through final delivery
Help evolve creative standards, tools, and workflows — including AI-assisted design
Spot creative gaps, risks, and opportunities early, taking action without being asked
Mentor and support other designers through thoughtful critique and collaboration
Step in as the senior creative lead when the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design is unavailable

What you bring
Demonstrated senior-level design experience in an in-house or agency environment
Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual systems
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and strong working knowledge of presentation tools
Comfort exploring new tools, including Figma and AI-assisted design platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting and defending design decisions
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity
A coaching approach to feedback, grounded in empathy and clarity

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $68,054 to $97,221 Or more depending on experience.
