DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of CC's Coffee House marketing initiatives across social media, creative production, local store marketing, and day-to-day project coordination. This position serves as a key connection point between internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and store operations to ensure marketing programs are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. This role focuses on coordinating content planning, execution, and engagement in collaboration with external creative partners, while ensuring every post reflects the authentic CC's brand voice.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. From monitoring Guest engagement on social channels and coordinating content shoots to proofing creative materials, managing print production workflows, and supporting local marketing efforts, this role helps bring the CC's brand to life while ensuring every project is executed with excellence. This position directly supports our commitment to serving everyone better than anyone else by helping create consistent, engaging, and meaningful experiences for Guests across every touchpoint.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
Basic graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Photography and video skills (mobile or DSLR experience a plus).
Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute ideas.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to draw conclusions.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Modeling CC's values and behaviors fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds for distances of at least 10 feet.
Frequent sitting for extended periods; occasional bending, crouching, grasping, and reaching.
Good hearing, vision, and verbal communication skills required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for required travel as applicable
Must be available to work up to 20 hours per week in the office or in the field during business hours
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Guest Engagement

Assist in maintaining the content calendar and scheduling approved content for CC's social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and campaign goal.
Monitor and respond to Guest conversations, comments, and messages across social media platforms through Sprout Social, escalating issues when appropriate.
Create and publish Facebook Event pages for store openings, community events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, Guest feedback, and engagement opportunities to support brand awareness and Guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of social media campaigns and events.
Create and capture in-house content (photo, video, or copy) as needed to support campaigns or fill content gaps.
Actively engage with aligned accounts to build relationships and increase brand visibility
Review and provide feedback on licensee social media content to ensure alignment with CC's brand standards.
Monitor performance metrics, engagement trends, and platform insights; summarize findings and recommendations for the marketing team.
Maintain an organized content library of assets, photos, and videos for future use.
Content & Shoot Coordination

Coordinate product, lifestyle, and store photography/video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and asset collection.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and creative partners for content capture needs and scheduling.
Assist with organizing, cataloging, and distributing approved marketing assets to internal stakeholders and franchise partners.
Digital & App Support

Load and maintain beverage, food, promotional, and limited time offer content within designated digital platforms and applications.
Assist with updating promotional assets, descriptions, imagery, and supporting materials across digital marketing channels.
Creative Production & Print Management

Customize Local Store Marketing (LSM) materials using Canva templates.
Proof all creative materials for accuracy, grammar, pricing, brand compliance, and production readiness prior to print or distribution.
Compile and maintain shipping lists for marketing materials, point-of-purchase displays, and promotional items.
Request vendor estimates and manage project quotes for print and production materials.
Coordinate print trafficking and production timelines with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Administrative & Project Coordination

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
Maintain organized project files, creative archives, and vendor information.
Assist with project tracking, and follow-up communications among internal teams and external partners.
Perform additional marketing, administrative, and project support duties as assigned.
Local Store Marketing Support

Coordinate community outreach efforts to schools, nonprofits, youth organizations, to secure Spirit Days, fundraising partnerships.
Assist with the promotion, and execution of local store marketing initiatives, including Spirit Nights, grand openings, community events and in-store activations.
Track and report results for Spirit Day events.
