Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing Systems to lead the execution of digital marketing programs for High Point Market Authority. This is a high-impact, director-level role responsible for overseeing owned, earned, and paid digital channels — leveraging modern marketing platforms and emerging AI-powered tools to drive buyer recruitment, engagement, and retention.
The Director will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for digital marketing execution, working closely with the VP of Strategic Growth & Marketing, internal technology and marketing team members, agency partners, and vendors to deliver a seamless, high-performing digital presence across every stage of the Market cycle.
The physical requirements of this position include prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 35 pounds. The employee must be able to perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
— Oversee execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, developed in coordination with VPs and the broader technology architecture team, encompassing all owned, earned, and paid digital channels
— Oversee content planning for the High Point Market website and assist with monitoring performance, ensuring an effective, informative, and inspirational user experience in partnership with the development team and internal stakeholders
— Lead execution of email marketing programs, including campaign planning, segmentation, automation, testing, and performance reporting
— Oversee direct mail programs, including audience targeting, production timelines, vendor coordination, and delivery logistics
— Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the marketing agency or agencies of record, managing workflows, timelines, deliverables, and creative feedback in close coordination with the VP of Strategic Growth & Marketing
— Manage digital advertising execution in alignment with the overall marketing strategy
— Oversee social media channel strategy in partnership with the Director of Marketing Programs, ensuring consistent brand voice, content planning, and performance optimization across platforms
— Assist with Market messaging strategy, ensuring cohesive and compelling communications across all digital touchpoints throughout the pre-Market, onsite, and post-Market cycle
— Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered marketing tools and technologies to enhance personalization, automation, campaign performance, and operational efficiency
— Leverage AI-powered analytics and reporting tools to surface insights, identify patterns, and forecast performance, reducing reliance on manual data analysis
— Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
— Bachelor’s Degree required; a focus in digital marketing or a related field is preferred
— 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related discipline — ideally within a complex, multi-channel environment
— Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, digital advertising channels, CMS systems, and marketing automation tools
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategy
— Experience working with or evaluating AI-powered marketing tools and technologies
— Excellent project management and communication skills; adept at managing agency relationships, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional workflows
— Familiarity with trade show, events, or membership organization marketing is a plus
