Part‑Time Marketing Leader

Chick‑fil‑A Jackson (Two Locations) – Jackson, TN
We are seeking a highly motivated, relational, and organized Part‑Time Marketing Leader to help grow and promote our two Chick‑fil‑A restaurants in Jackson, Tennessee. This role is focused on strengthening our connection with the community through social media, family events, local partnerships, and brand representation.
This position is ideal for someone who is creative, dependable, goal‑oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for guests and the Jackson community.
Position Overview

The Part‑Time Marketing Leader will oversee marketing initiatives for both Chick‑fil‑A Jackson locations, including social media strategy, event planning, community engagement, and in‑store family events. This person will work closely with restaurant leadership to help execute the vision and values of our restaurants while representing the Chick‑fil‑A brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage social media strategies and content for both restaurant locations
Plan and execute quarterly events at each restaurant
Host and coordinate monthly family nights
Attend and support community events in Jackson to promote our Chick‑fil‑A restaurants
Manage marketing and event budgets responsibly
Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and staffing needs
Represent the Chick‑fil‑A brand professionally and positively within the community
Assist catering leaders with operations/preparation/deliveries when needed
Build relationships with schools, organizations, and community partners
Assist talent director with promoting our employer brand/recruiting
Track goals and help identify opportunities to increase community engagement and brand awareness
Assist training director with in‑restaurant training for team members for strategic business growth opportunities and local promotions
Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited oversight
Goal‑oriented with strong attention to detail
Creative mindset with the ability to plan engaging events and marketing initiatives
Comfortable interacting with guests, community members, and local organizations
Ability to use discernment and make sound decisions independently
Social media and marketing experience preferred
Ability to serve as part of a team and receive coaching feedback well
Schedule & Availability

Approximately 25 hours per week on average
Typical schedule will be Monday–Friday from approximately 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
Periodic evening availability is required for family nights, events, and community involvement, as well as other needs of the business
Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience
