Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Must be Licensed to sell Insurance by the State of Texas or able to obtain a License by the State of Texas
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
