Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Abilene, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners and business clients. Key duties include developing and maintaining partnerships, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, analyzing client needs, facilitating transaction processing solutions, and ensuring superior client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for expansion, deliver sales presentations, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.

Qualifications

Business development and client relationship management experience

Proficiency in financial and transaction processing systems

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored payment solutions

Experience in banking, payment processing, or merchant services is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
