Identify opportunities to improve program operations—building new processes, tools, or workflows that increase efficiency and scalability across Greentown Go.

Collaborate in planning and executing programming based on participants’ business and technical needs.

Recruitment, Scouting & Sourcing

Lead on the Recruitment and Scouting phase of all Go Programs, including actively managing the rolling database of startup applications.

Execute content creation, outreach, and applicant tracking for the recruitment of startup participants, incorporating principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a diverse pipeline of applicants.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

Collaborate with Greentown’s Marketing and Events teams in support of program deliverables, from program publicity to in‑person and hybrid program events.

Collaborate with Greentown’s Startup Success team to deliver a startup experience that is inclusive and provides cohort startups maximum access to Greentown Labs benefits and resources.

Give hands‑on support to participating startups and corporate partners as a third‑party partner in partnership creation and success.

Who You Are

An adaptable, fast‑paced problem‑solver with an eye for spotting gaps and building new processes or systems that help a team run better.

Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without dropping the ball.

A strong written and verbal communicator who adjusts tone naturally across startup founders, corporate partners, and internal teammates.

Curious about the climatetech ecosystem and eager to learn the stories of the startups, corporates, and policymakers driving the energy transition.

Collaborative and proactive, with a can‑do attitude and a real eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

1–3 years in program coordination, partnerships, operations, events, or a related field (entry‑level candidates with relevant internship or leadership experience welcome).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with stakeholder management or customer service a plus.

Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with applicant tracking, CRMs, program management, or workflow tools a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Airtable, Zoom, Salesforce, MixMax, FormAssembly, or Luma a plus; basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) a plus.

Preferred: Familiarity with climatetech, cleantech, startup ecosystems, or partnership accelerator programs.

What Success Looks Like

Established a consistent program operations cadence across multiple concurrent Greentown Go programs, with strong follow‑through on stakeholder commitments.

Owned the rolling applicant database for Go recruitment and helped build a measurably stronger, more diverse pipeline of climatetech startup applicants.

Contributed to at least one process improvement or new workflow that made the Go team operate more smoothly.

Built trusted working relationships with cohort startups, corporate partners, and internal collaborators across Startup Success, Marketing, and Events.
