We are looking for a

Creative Solution Specialist

who lives at the intersection of AdTech and Generative AI. You won't just be managing tags; you will be helping clients deploy

AI-generated video ads , optimize agentic creative workflows, and scale personalized storytelling in ways that weren't possible two years ago.
Key Responsibilities

GenAI Implementation:

Guide clients in using our GenAI suite to automate video production, voiceover generation, and dynamic asset variation.
Agentic Workflow Design:

Help clients configure and "hire" AI agents within the platform to handle creative iteration, resizing, and localization.
Managed Services:

For premium accounts, act as the lead operator—setting, refining, and deploying high-scale GenAI video campaigns on behalf of the brand.
Creative Strategy:

Consult on how to bridge the gap between traditional brand guidelines and AI-generated outputs, ensuring quality and brand safety.

Who You Are

AI-First Mindset:

You are an early adopter of GenAI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, GPTs) and understand how to apply them in a professional, commercial context.
AdTech Background:

You know the pipes of the industry (DSPs, Ad Servers, VAST/VPAID) but realize that the

content

inside those pipes is changing forever.
Creative Background

You can take a client's brief and translate it into a technical setup that leverages our AI agents for maximum efficiency as well as our creative studio.
Required Skills & Experience

2+ years

of hands-on experience with

Generative AI tools

(Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, or similar video/image/LLM platforms).
3+ years

in AdTech, CMP, or DCO environments.
Technical Literacy:

Experience with Adobe, Figma, etc.
Visual Literacy:

An eye for video composition and design; you should be able to tell when an AI-generated asset needs "human-in-the-loop" refinement.
Problem Solver:

Ability to navigate the "hallucinations" or technical quirks of AI to deliver stable, brand-compliant campaign results.
