Advertising Executive

Graphic Designer/Web Designer

Affiliate Manager
Affiliate Managers are responsible for recruiting, servicing day to day and optimizing affiliate relationships.

Duties Include:

Responsible for the daily management of over 50 affiliates

Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates

Negotiate payouts with affiliates to remain competitive yet yield high profit margins

Prospecting for new affiliates through cold-calling and extensive research

Grow existing client relationships by recommending campaigns and managing payouts

Field incoming calls and answer questions about the network to prospective affiliates

Travel to tradeshows and client locations as needed (2-3 times per year)

To function in a fast paced, quickly changing industry

Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree and experience in online marketing preferred

Adaptable, self-motivated, passionate, creative team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Advertising Executive
Advertising Executives are responsible prospecting and closing new advertising clients which offer a product or service in which CPA Fuel can provide leads or sales for via our affiliate network. We are looking for someone with at least one year experience as an account executive or account manager with an ad network and a long list of advertiser contacts.

Duties Include:

Develop relationships with other businesses in our industry by cold calling or contacting leads

Grow existing client relationships

Use the internet to research and understand both the competition and current client price trends

Negotiate prices and contracts with advertisers

Assist in the collection of past‑due accounts

Travel to tradeshows and client locations as needed (2-3 times per year)

Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's degree and experience in online marketing preferred

Adaptable, self-motivated, passionate, creative team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Graphic Designer/Web Designer
CPA Fuel is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer/Web Designer that can assist in production of landing pages and email creatives.

Duties Include:

Main responsibility will be to develop static and dynamic web sites, and online banner ads with an emphasis on maximizing web optimization

Works closely with Senior Graphic Designer and other departments to implement design through all phases from concept to completion of web sites and other marketing materials

Stay current with web and graphic design trends, applying new techniques when they are called for

Be creative and introduce new thinking and concepts to projects, with the goal of maximizing client revenue.

Education/Experience/Skills:

1+ years of full-time professional graphics design, or equivalent

Relevant training, coursework, or degrees are preferred

Must be expert in: Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and Web Standards; Experience in Flash and ActionScript a plus

Experience in illustration and landing page development a preferred

Strong portfolio with a range of creative samples that demonstrate relevant work or projects

Strong organizational skills and be a team player
