About your next employer

You’ll be joining a large regional public sector organisation delivering essential housing and community services across Northern Ireland. The Legal Services team plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s statutory functions, governance and operational delivery.

About you

Qualified Solicitor entitled to practise in Northern Ireland

Minimum 24 months’ post-qualification experience in litigation matters within the High Court or County Court

Strong analytical and decision‑making skills

Experience managing a busy caseload and working to deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Full driving licence (or access to suitable transport)

What you’ll do

Provide legal advice and assistance across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters

Support the conduct of High Court litigation, judicial review and tribunal proceedings

Manage and progress legal casework under the supervision of Senior Solicitors

Conduct legal research and prepare opinion papers and briefing materials

Liaise with clients, Counsel, courts and external stakeholders

Assist with public liability claims and policy‑related legal matters

Maintain accurate case management records and reporting systems

Support senior management and contribute to legal service delivery objectives
