Summary
The Jr. Designer, Brand supports the Brand Creative team in executing visual assets across seasonal campaigns and brand projects. This role translates campaign concepts into cohesive, production‑ready executions for print, retail, mailers, events, and internal presentations. The position reports to the Senior Designer and focuses on building scalable design systems and templates.
Responsibilities
Support Senior Designer across campaign initiatives from concept through final execution.
Evolve and maintain design systems, toolkits, templates, and brand guidelines for seasonal campaigns and retail touchpoints.
Create polished presentation decks and realistic comps (mailer comps, OOH mockups, retail signage, event materials) for internal review.
Prepare and manage print‑ready files and support all print executions including in‑store signage and window graphics.
Organize, version‑control, and maintain campaign assets for cross‑functional teams.
Research visual inspiration, competitive references, and support AI‑generated mockups for concept visualization.
Requirements
1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or premium brands.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft tools.
Experience creating presentation‑ready comps and understanding of print production and mechanical file preparation.
Strong foundation in typography, layout, and luxury visual systems; retouching skills a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
