Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Armtec Marketing and Business efforts for Ordnance and Countermeasure businesses. Provide administrative support to company President and Vice Presidents. Manages travel vendors, selection and policy for all Armtec locations. Supervises travel coordinators in a dotted‑line role that report to other leaders. Establishes priorities and coordination of administrative support staff from other departments in the areas of standards, practices and workload balancing. Promotes a consistent and professional Armtec image through marketing efforts and customer contact.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinates all trade shows to ensure registration, booth and product shipment and all support documentation and literature.

Manages and controls the development and distribution of all marketing literature and coordinating advertising efforts including ad placement.

Performs on‑location trade show support for key domestic shows (approximately 4-6/yr).

Serves as the focal point for the Armtec Website including website content as well as inquiries received through the site.

Serves as the focal point at Armtec for the oversight and control of company/corporate logo usage.

Supports the marketing management staff on assigned tasks.

Performs customer interface as appropriate on assigned marketing initiatives.

Performs special projects as assigned.

Establishes priorities, standards and assists in workload balancing of Administration Hourly (non‑exempt) staff across departments. Coordination of quarterly meetings to discuss practices, policies and workload issues.

Arranges special meetings, presentations and events as required.

Arranges corporate travel for company President, SLT, staff, consultants and customers as necessary.

Administers Company President’s and Armtec's membership activities in: AUSA, NDIA, ICAP, and MIBTF.

Maintains relationships and contracts with local hotels and restaurants relative to employee events.

Special event coordinator including employee events.

Coordinates and procures all business cards for company representatives at the three sites.

Editor of company newsletter.

Maintains the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.

Understands and lives by Armtec's ethics and business conduct policies.

Manages the online travel tool, updates policies, manages user access, coordinates with travel vendors.

Qualifications

BS/BA in a Business or Marketing field.

General understanding of customers and competitors.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work in team situations.

Must be dependable, responsible, and accurate and have the ability to deal with people effectively.

Education & Professional Work Experience Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorization from the U.S. Government.

Familiarity with all Countermeasure and Combustible Ordnance products.

Understanding gun systems, ammunition, and aircraft types is a plus.
