Job Description
Organize, manage, and catalog digital image files and photography equipment
Operate professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories
Capture, sort, edit, and label digital photographs according to project requirements
Identify unusable or low-quality images and flag them for review or removal
Basic ability to use photo management and editing software (training provided if needed)
Transfer images from cameras or memory cards, verify accuracy, and upload to designated systems
Edit and process images to meet brand, client, or project standards
Prepare final image sets, export files in required formats, and generate delivery folders or galleries
Maintain photography equipment according to studio or client operating procedures
Keep studio and shooting environments clean, organized, and hazard-free
Computer savvy — regular use of editing software, file management systems, and data entry required
Review image sets for consistency, quality, and accuracy prior to final delivery
Pay Range
$18.00 - $20.00
Job Requirements
Read and interpret creative briefs, shot lists, and client instructions to determine photography needs
Maintain safety awareness when working with lighting equipment, cables, and on-location environments
Flexible and adaptable to changing shoot schedules, locations, and creative direction
Ability to lift and carry photography equipment (approximately 20 lbs) when needed
Ability to assess image quality and ensure proper documentation or file naming standards
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during shoots
Ability to accurately read labels, file names, and client specifications
Ability to distinguish colors and tones accurately for editing and shooting purposes
Properly handle all equipment and digital assets in accordance with studio and data-security guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shoots and post-production
