Location:

Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as the role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands‑on engagement.

Location:

This role will be traveling along the North West region of Puerto Rico.

Schedule:

Requires flexibility on working hours, participation in events outside of standard hours and/or weekends.

How you will make an impact:
The Manager Outside Sales MMM is responsible for managing all of the sales team’s activities as well as ensuring sales goals are met.

Reviews and creates sales reports and discusses the projections with internal stakeholders as well as team members.

Submits action plans to meet sales goals and targets.

Develops relationships with and acts as liaison to the communities, government, and private entities.

Ensures that the provider marketing and sales efforts are being accomplished.

Completes ride‑alongs and provides necessary feedback.

Learns new regulations, policies and procedures and keeps updated on information related to compliance and educates the sales team.

Ensures compliance to necessary licensing requirements.

Travels to off‑site locations.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS in marketing or related discipline and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Fully bilingual required.

Requires sales license(s).

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.

Experience in sales analysis strongly preferred.

Healthcare sales experience preferred.

Sales license issued by the “Health Insurance Commissioner’s Services of Puerto Rico” strongly preferred.
