Job Overview

Manager Outside Sales – MMM Holdings, Puerto Rico North West Region. This field‑based role leads the sales team, manages day‑to‑day sales activities, and ensures sales goals are met. The position requires extensive travel within the North West region of Puerto Rico, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training.
Location

Schedule

Flexibility is required to participate in events during non‑traditional hours and weekends.
Responsibilities

Manage the sales team’s activities and ensure sales goals are achieved.
Review and create sales reports, discuss projections with internal stakeholders, and develop action plans to meet targets.
Develop relationships with community, government, and private entities; act as liaison for provider marketing and sales efforts.
Conduct ride‑alongs and provide necessary feedback.
Stay current with regulations, policies, and compliance information; educate the sales team and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
Travel to off‑site locations as needed.
Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Qualifications

BA/BS in marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Sales license(s) required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

Previous leadership experience.
Experience in sales analysis.
Healthcare sales experience.
Sales license issued by the Health Insurance Commissioner’s Services of Puerto Rico.
