Job Description
Leads and directs field marketing team in the planning, development and implementation of marketing activities for the business unit. Typically reports to top management. Reviews changes to the marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plan accordingly. Provides direct support in the development of company revenue generation activities and programs, and responsible for consistent brand management at the field level. Conducts tactical marketing research in support of key operational activities and initiatives. This position directly influences and supports consistent revenue growth for the company. Leads, directs and coaches field marketing team through group, and one - one meetings. Tests and develops new marketing programs and campaigns through market tests and strategic business planning sessions. Directs district and center level market analysis and research through available company data and custom developed data/marketing research. Assists in the planning and development of district/center marketing plans through business planning sessions with field marketing personnel. Directs and coordinates key marketing suppliers. Leads and directs the work of others.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Recruiting, training and management of remote retail marketing team. Solid understanding of consumer marketing, ability to manage multiple commitments and changing priorities, excellent written and oral communications skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines, strong analytical and marketing research background/skills including financial/budgetary experience and responsibility. Solid personal computing skills and familiarity with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Map Point, MS Word and MS Access.
Compensation
This is a salaried exempt role. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
