Job Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support Allvue’s B2B SaaS marketing efforts, with a primary focus on digital channels. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across paid media, web, email, and video to support demand generation and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, execution-oriented designer who can work efficiently across multiple formats, including static design and video editing. This role requires the ability to

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

Design creative assets for paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, display), including variations for testing

Create visuals for landing pages, website updates, and email campaigns

Support social media and integrated marketing campaigns with on-brand assets

Iterate on creative based on performance data and stakeholder feedback

Video Production & Editing

Edit and produce video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web, incorporating captions, hooks, and light motion graphics to drive engagement

Optimize video assets for platform-specific requirements (format, pacing, and performance)

Content & Collateral Development

Design whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, and other marketing collateral

Develop infographics, diagrams, and product visuals to support content initiatives

Provide support for event and print materials as needed

AI-Enabled Design Workflow

Leverage AI tools to accelerate production, generate variations, and improve workflow efficiency

Continuously identify opportunities to scale creative output through templates and automation

Collaboration & Execution

Partner with Digital and Product Marketing teams to execute campaigns

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines

Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining brand consistency

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing design

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets and video editing capabilities

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar

Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience using AI tools in design workflows

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments

Familiarity with performance marketing and conversion-focused design principles

Basic understanding of web design and user experience principles

Education/Certifications

Bachelors degree in related discipline preferred
