Partner Marketing Specialist

Dangote Industries Limited, Mission, KS, USA

Pay: 60.000 - 80.000

Job type: Full Time

Mission:
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on our planet – 10% of greenhouse gas emissions, to be exact.

Product:
Too Good To Go operates the world’s largest marketplace for surplus food, connecting food businesses with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at 50 %+ off retail value. Alongside our app, we create educational tools, operate an end‑to‑end surplus food management solution, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

Scale:
We’re growing fast: our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000+ active partners across 21 countries has already saved 517+ million meals from going to waste – avoiding over 1.4 M tonnes of CO₂e from entering the Earth’s atmosphere.

Impact:
We are a certified B Corp social impact company. Too Good To Go was named in Fast Company’s list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies and World Changing Ideas, and was included in TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies. Most recently, we won Apple’s coveted Cultural Impact Winner.

Your mission:
As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the development and execution of marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our business partners in Japan. Your work will span from co‑marketing campaigns targeting end customers (B2B2C) to B2B initiatives focused on partner acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with Key Account and Sales team members, maintaining lasting relationships with the marketing teams of our partners. This role combines strategic collaboration with practical implementation and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You will report to the Head of Marketing Japan.

Responsibilities include:

Build strong relationships with the marketing teams of our top KA partners to secure key co‑branded activities and lead B2B2C campaigns (campaigns targeted at consumers, co‑built with our business partners) to boost consumer demand KPIs.

Recommend and pitch campaigns effectively to get buy‑in from our partners.

Plan and execute local and cluster‑level partner marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the local key account teams to help secure large retailers and food chains, and lead partner employee engagement through relevant B2B marketing activities to increase our impact.

Showcase the marketing value of our partnership during partner meetings.

Organize B2B events dedicated to our partners and coordinate our participation in relevant B2B exhibitions.

Work closely with our B2C marketing, PR, global partner marketing & creative studio colleagues to amplify relevant local activity through partner channels.

Lead and execute B2B activations with the help of the business development team to engage with and secure large food retailer chains and SMB food business deployments.

Execute day‑to‑day tasks such as Canva designs, localising marketing materials, creative briefings, or managing our merchandise.

Continuously ideate new activation ideas that are relevant to partners and make commercial sense to both the business and the partner (e.g., POS assets, trade marketing tools & activations).

Evaluate and analyse campaigns and activities to continuously optimise strategies, messaging, and activations.
