Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, content execution, and light creative production—supporting campaigns, organizing projects, and ensuring branded materials are polished, accurate, and delivered on time.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creatively driven, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.Responsibilities:Marketing Campaign & Project SupportAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsSupport execution of social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing initiativesHelp maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and marketing workflowsCoordinate deliverables across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on scheduleAssist with campaign reporting, tracking, and organization of marketing performance metricsCreative & Design SupportCreate and edit marketing materials including social media graphics, presentations, flyers, brochures, email graphics, signage, and promotional assetsSupport the design and layout of branded materials across digital and print formatsResize, format, and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and specificationsAssist with presentation formatting and visual storytelling for internal and external communicationsMaintain organized libraries of creative files, templates, and brand assetsPrepare basic print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors as neededBrand & Content CoordinationHelp maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and marketing channelsAssist with writing, proofreading, and editing marketing copy for presentations, emails, social posts, and promotional materialsSupport website updates and content management tasksCoordinate promotional merchandise, branded materials, and creative asset requestsEvent & Field Marketing SupportSupport event logistics, sponsorship activations, and marketing setup needsAssist with ordering, organizing, and distributing signage, apparel, and promotional materialsHelp ensure field teams and local markets have the assets needed to execute successfullySupport in-market marketing efforts with printed materials, signage, and branded collateralAdministrative & Operational SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing teamAssist with vendor communication, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping logisticsMaintain organization across marketing systems, shared drives, and project filesSupport multiple fast-moving priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environmentQualifications:Core Skill SetsOrganization & ExecutionStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and executionComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsCreative & Design SkillsStrong eye for design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchyAbility to create polished, on-brand marketing materials with minimal directionExperience with Canva required;
