Events & Promotions Associate

Current Branding is expanding its Indianapolis team and hiring an Events & Promotions Associate to support customer engagement campaigns, promotional events, and brand outreach initiatives throughout the local area.

This is a people‑focused position suited to individuals who enjoy working in energetic environments, interacting with customers, and developing professional skills in marketing, communication, and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting promotional events and customer engagement campaigns

Representing client brands in a professional and approachable manner

Speaking directly with customers and answering general questions

Assisting with campaign setup, coordination, and daily operations

Learning communication, sales, and marketing techniques through ongoing coaching

Working toward individual and team‑based performance goals

Participating in team meetings and development sessions
