Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator supports integrated marketing communications across the Giant Group brands in the U.S. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and day-to-day marketing support across digital channels, content development, collateral, and retail marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized, with a passion for cycling or specialty retail and a desire to grow within a dynamic marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Content Support

Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, website, and retail channels

Assist with website content updates, product pages, landing pages, and campaign content

Support social media content scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement

Coordinate content assets, including photography, video, copy, and creative files

Help maintain brand consistency and messaging across all consumer-facing materials

Design and produce marketing collateral, including sales tools, retail signage, presentations, internal communications, and event collateral

Prepare and organize creative assets for internal teams, retailers, and agency partners

Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality

Support coordination with designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors

Campaign & Retail Support

Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail marketing initiatives by managing timelines, assets, and deliverables

Assist with regional and retail-specific marketing content supporting the Sales and Retail teams

Help track campaign activities and maintain project documentation and schedules

Provide on-site or logistical support for key events, activations, and industry shows as needed

Reporting & Coordination

Assist with basic performance tracking across digital and marketing initiatives

Compile reports, summaries, and recaps for campaigns and ongoing marketing programs
