Job Responsibilities
- Set and own Marketing communications strategy and proactive media engagement approaches that support revenue growth, customer experience, and competitive differentiation.
- Serve as senior communications advisor and spokesperson to Marketing, Strategy & Products leadership, providing strategic counsel and acting as final decision-maker for executive messaging, thought leadership, issue response, reputation management, executive social strategy, and high-stakes communications.
- Govern execution across the Marketing PR & Communications COE, ensuring consistency, integration, and quality across multiple initiatives, leaders, and teams.
- Develop and govern integrated PR strategies across launches, partnerships, and key milestones, ensuring coordination and consistency across Brand, Marketing, Legal, and external agency partners.
- Lead and develop a senior communications leadership team and managers, building a strong succession pipeline and scalable operating model.
- Engage with national and local media, industry influencers, industry analysts, brand partners, and manage agency partners to drive proactive storytelling and executive visibility.
- Own Marketing communications budget and agency investments, ensuring disciplined prioritization, performance management, and ROI across enterprise initiatives.
Education and Work Experience
- More than 10 years’ experience in corporate communications and public relations, overseeing a breadth of marketing and communication functions for a publicly traded company.
- Strong media‑relations background and agency‑management skills.
- Executive communications expertise including strong writing and editing.
- Experience developing strong relationships with external partners to strengthen brand presence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications; Masters Preferred.

- Ability to prioritize multiple projects; detail oriented and organized.
- Strong people leadership and talent development.
- Ability to communicate effectively across team and organizational boundaries to drive and develop consensus.
- Flexible, self‑starter, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build work across an organization that is experiencing rapid growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people including the executive team, managers, employees, shareholders, and customers.
- High integrity, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Results driven, ensuring short‑term goals are achieved that support long‑term initiatives with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $201,300 - $272,300. Corporate Bonus Target: 35%. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
