Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with our followers on our social media platforms, creating a sense of community to help drive our brand and digital growth.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responding to comments on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok social posts in our brand voice in a timely manner.Engaging and commenting on relevant posts on our social platforms.Monitor brand presence outside own brand profile to maintain consistent brand personality in all of social media.Monitor social media channels for potential crisis situations and elevate to team immediately.Identify any trends or themes within consumer comments and summarize weekly – both OH SNAP! and key competitors.Sharing consumer content to stories.Reviewing UGC, commenting and sharing when necessary.Managing and responding to direct messages on social platforms professionally and in a timely manner.Manage and delete inappropriate content.Misc. social media responsibilities.Packing and shipping product samples for marketing opportunities.Handling inventory of broker kits, completing tracker document with kit information, checking kits in and shipping kits out.Supporting Sales & Marketing team with other duties as assigned (which may include some travel as needed).Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary directed by Marketing Manager.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Basic knowledge of graphic design/editing software is a plus but not required (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, video editing, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.Self-starter with an outgoing personality.A team player – someone who is willing to jump in and help as needed.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.Experience with social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others.Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.WORKING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:This position may require-· Exposure to a fast-paced plant manufacturing/warehouse environment.· Exposure to moving machinery such as forklifts and production equipment.· Exposure to loud noise from moving forklifts and production equipment.· Exposure to extreme temperatures.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work performed by employees assigned to this position.
