The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO involves creating strategic account plans, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position will require managing customer inquiries, conducting market analysis, providing product recommendations, and leading sales presentations to achieve revenue goals.
- Proven experience in account management, sales strategy development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track sales performance
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts effectively
- Knowledge of the Water, Wastewater, Telecom, Oil, Natural Gas, Energy, or Utilities industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site at our St. Louis, MO location
