We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized

Operations & Marketing Lead

with a strong background in

international real estate

to support the launch and execution of a new global real estate initiative.

The Quiah Group is a global consulting and staffing firm with an expanding presence in real estate advisory and diaspora investment markets. We are spearheading a real estate development project focused on connecting international buyers with emerging property opportunities across Africa and beyond.

Your Role:
As our lead support on this initiative, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution—from project coordination and administrative oversight to developing compelling marketing and investor materials. You will work closely with executive leadership to keep all aspects of the project organized, polished, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project workflows, communications, and reporting

Create compelling presentations, pitch decks, and investor briefs

Conduct market research focused on diaspora real estate trends

Develop branded content for marketing, email campaigns, and social media

Assist in drafting proposals, MOUs, and formal correspondence

Organize cloud‑based files, documents, and timelines

Support planning of virtual or in‑person events, webinars, and showcases

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing, operations, or project coordination (international or diaspora‑focused preferred)

Strong writing and formatting skills for business and marketing documents

Highly proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Adobe Suite is a plus)

Able to manage projects independently and meet deadlines across time zones

Visual storytelling and branding awareness is a must

Bonus: Conversational French or experience working in African real estate markets

Duration:
Initial 3–6 month contract with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
