Summary Of Position RYNO is seeking a Director of Marketing & Partnerships to scale the engine that has established RYNO as the authority in the Home Services ecosystem. This is a high-leverage leadership position; you will own the brand strategy, our high-impact content engine, and the architecture of our partner ecosystem. The role encompasses three key pillars:
Embody the Brand: Serve as the 2Face of the Brand,20s as the authority across social channels and national stages.
Strategic Distribution: Evolve our partnership roadmap into a high-leverage network of strategic alliances with industry leaders and manufacturers.
Commandeer Content: Scale our content engine that translates technical expertise into market dominance.
You will fully own the Pitch to Podium lifecycle, from identifying high-impact industry events to delivering keynotes, moderating panels, and hosting industry-facing video events. You will shape how the market understands RYNO7s value and build narratives that convert market interactions into business opportunities. Position Responsibilities The Face of the RYNO Brand: Act as the primary on-camera and on-stage personality for the organization, presenting a polished, credible, and authoritative presence.
B2B Strategy & Brand Positioning: Own and evolve the marketing architecture for the Home Services vertical, defining a brand voice for professional service providers at scale.
Strategic Alliance & Narrative Architecture: Design a partnership roadmap aligning industry influencers and vendors with long-term growth objectives.
Strategic Content & PR Management: Scale a robust production house (video, social, thought leadership) and manage a network of talent and vendors to build content capabilities.
Pitch to Podium Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end process to secure main-stage slots, including identifying events and pitching for keynotes and panels.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue objectives and generate scalable leads.
Performance Driven Planning: Translate brand narratives into measurable strategic plans using market sentiment and lead-gen data to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements Industry Experience: 5+ years marketing professional service providers at scale, with a background in high-growth agency or vendor-side models. Home Services experience is advantageous.
Public Brand Representation: 2+ years representing a brand with experience in public speaking, delivering keynotes, and moderating large panels. Comfortable engaging with partners, C-suite executives, and industry stakeholders in live and digital environments.
Strategic PR & Event Management: 3-5 years of end-to-end trade show management with focus on securing high-visibility speaking slots through strategic pitching.
B2B Narrative Crafting: Ability to translate complex B2B strategies into compelling stories that drive market sentiment and lead generation.
Platform Content Strategy: Hands-on experience managing content distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
Full-Spectrum Operational Architect: Able to build creative teams and production systems, execute copywriting and storytelling, and manage vendors or contracts as needed.
Systems & Workflow Mastery: Proficient with modern B2B growth stacks and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/Paid Media tools) and able to leverage AI as a multiplier in workflow.
