A leading digital healthcare education platform is seeking a senior Business Development professional to drive commercial growth across pharmaceutical and biotech accounts. This role sits on a Digital Solutions team focused on sponsored HCP and patient engagement programs.

This is a quota‑carrying, revenue‑driving role suited for someone who thrives in consultative sales, has deep pharma marketing relationships, and understands how digital education supports brand and medical strategies.

This role focuses on commercially funded digital engagement initiatives designed for healthcare professional audiences. The ideal candidate brings strong industry relationships, a consultative sales mindset, and experience positioning digital solutions that support brand and medical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new and recurring revenue across assigned pharmaceutical and biotech accounts

Identify, develop, and close sponsorship opportunities for digital engagement programs

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing and medical functions

Collaborate internally to shape program concepts, proposals, and client solutions

Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of client service

Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within pharma, biotech, healthcare marketing, or related fields

Proven success selling complex digital, educational, or content‑driven solutions

Established industry relationships and strong executive presence

Experience in at least one major therapeutic category (e.g., primary care, specialty medicine, or oncology preferred)

Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
