Account Executive – Inside Sales

Job Description: Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information
Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
Handle everything right over the phone without cold calling or prospecting
Achieve monthly production goals while articulating value propositions and adopting a consultative approach
Build product knowledge to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
