Role & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Sr. Channel Account Executive to join the Display Division. The Sr. Channel Account Executive will be responsible for managing Strategic ProAV Partners and driving sales growth across Samsung’s B2B product portfolio.
Drive awareness and maintain working knowledge of Samsung’s product portfolio (Smart Signage, Indoor LED, Outdoor Displays, Video Walls, interactive displays, Solutions and Services), vertical solutions, and business market trends.
Customer account management with the core focus to grow sales to meet or exceed quota.
Proactively identify opportunities within existing and new accounts to drive net new sales revenue consistently.
Create account plans using visual tools (PowerPoint) and present to leadership.
Perform long‑range planning (1‑3 years) to grow revenue by increasing product placement, customer satisfaction, and overall market share against assigned targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and relationships with enterprise companies to increase revenue and profitability.
Provide ongoing communication and negotiations with existing customers to ensure satisfactory performance while addressing needs, resolving issues, and developing new opportunities.
Direct the preparation of reports and management analysis, make presentations to market, establish business plans, and report on the performance of the assigned division.
Coordinate the involvement of support, marketing, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 8‑9 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ProAV channel sales.
Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time).
Channel experience with display products (Professional Display & LED) and display software solutions (Content Management, Remote Management).
Experience in sales operations, sell‑through analytics, and executive‑level partner engagement; experience with Salesforce.com.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience developing and delivering presentation materials.
Ability to interact at all levels within Samsung and the customer’s organization.
Proven success closing sales through written and in‑person presentations/communications.
Pipeline management and project management experience is a plus.

Team player working toward individual and shared objectives.
Salary & Benefits
California: $157,000 to $195,000
Regular full‑time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more. They are also eligible for MBO bonus compensation based on company, division, and individual performance.
