Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Executive based in Springfield, Illinois. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, implementing strategic plans, overseeing association activities, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with board members, coordinating events, managing budgets, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends to provide valuable insights and solutions.
Qualifications Client Relationship Management and Strategic Planning skills

Event Planning and Budget Management skills
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in association management or similar field is a plus
