Our client, a global leader in health and science education, is looking to hire a
Digital Content Specialist
to join their team. This is a
1-year contract, fully remote position
(candidates who can work
EST hours
are strongly preferred).

As the Digital Content Specialist, you will:
Support the Digital Content Manager in the development and deployment of innovative digital learning content across our Nursing and Health Education (NHE) products, including Sherpath courseware and Adaptive Quizzing (EAQ).
Manage digital content projects from inception through production release, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and workflow requirements.
Serve as the main day‑to‑day contact for internal and external development partners, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers (IDs), and global content vendors.
Coordinate and track progress across multiple content streams, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain delivery schedules.
Consolidate SME and peer review feedback, track changes, and ensure quality assurance throughout all content stages.
Partner with the Digital Content Manager to identify opportunities for improving authoring, instructional design, and workflow processes.
Assist with permissions, art research, classification mapping, and other related tasks supporting product build and release.
Communicate effectively across cross‑functional teams, maintaining clear documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field.
2+ years of experience in
digital content development ,
publishing , or
eLearning production
(experience in
health or academic education
is a plus).
Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with SMEs and global teams.
Familiarity with
digital content workflows, authoring tools , and
learning platforms
(LMS).
Working knowledge of
HTML5, XML, EPUB , and proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite .
Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments.
