JOB DESCRIPTION
A|L Media (www.almediastrategy.com), a fast-paced, award-winning political media firm is looking for a Producer to join our talented production team. We partner with progressive political and issue-oriented campaigns across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process from inception to delivery of all projects and products related to client

Work collaboratively with the account and creative teams in developing creative for all platforms to include: TV/ Radio, social ads and digital content

Ideate, concept and write compelling visual stories

Manage multiple projects in various stages

Organize all shoot logistics to include: hire crew, develop schedules, maintain budgets, conduct interviews, direct action when needed, conduct interviews

Supervising edit sessions and motion graphic artist requests in executing creative

License all project materials, work with vendors on content, music and talent (including on-camera and VO talent, music composition)

Maintain and reconcile production and post production budgets

Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 6 years as a full‑time producer with experience in pre‑production, field and post production departments

Experience managing a support team; in‑field production crew; post‑production team

Strong communication skills, excellent organization skills; is detail‑oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients

Understands the demands of production hours; nights and weekends as necessary

Works well under pressure; consistently meets deadlines

Familiar with AICP and SAG/AFTRA guidelines and contracts a plus

Desire to work for progressive values

Benefits & Compensation:

A salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, through November 2026
