Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Designer to support the development of compelling visual marketing materials across print and digital platforms. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and external creative partners to produce high-quality branded assets that elevate the company’s visual identity and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Flyers and brochures
- E-blasts and digital campaigns
- Event invitations and signage
- Social media assets and story graphics
- Sales and promotional materials
- Website graphics and digital content
- Print materials and branded merchandise
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects, communications, and marketing platforms
- Assist with creative direction and visual storytelling for integrated marketing campaigns
- Prepare and package files for print production and digital distribution
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters, printers, and external creative agencies to execute projects effectively
- Support the development of branded templates, design systems, and scalable marketing assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of graphic design or marketing design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print marketing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation design tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote
- Experience designing for social media, email marketing, web, and print production
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/email design platforms and CMS systems
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
- Experience working with corporate, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
