Short Overview:
As the CRM Manager, Data Activation, you will oversee the processes and strategies that turn customer data into actionable insights and effective CRM initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and optimized for use across CRM channels, while supporting reporting, campaign enablement, and the overall health of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Measurement & Insights
Support ongoing reporting and analysis to measure CRM performance across all brands in the portfolio. Deliver insights related to customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, CRM contribution, and data quality to help inform business decisions and optimize future initiatives.
Martech Operations & Data Health
Help ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce ecosystem by maintaining strong data integrity, identifying and troubleshooting data flow issues, and partnering with central teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Data Activation & Enablement
Enable successful brand activations by ensuring customer data is structured, accessible, and measurable across channels. Support the deployment of campaigns and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping teams execute CRM programs with accuracy and effectiveness.
