Position Overview

HabitNu is seeking a creative, analytical, and mission-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage the company’s digital presence, audience engagement, and content strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive participant enrollment, support partnerships, and strengthen HabitNu’s leadership in digital health and chronic disease prevention.
The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling abilities with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, performance analytics, and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, search, and social platforms.
Manage audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies for HabitNu programs and initiatives.
Build and grow HabitNu’s digital presence by working with our coaches and participants.
Optimize campaigns using analytics, A/B testing, SEO, and paid advertising strategies.
Support marketing efforts for healthcare partners, employers, public health initiatives, and grant-funded programs.
Social Media Management

Create and manage social media calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
With our team to develop engaging health and wellness content including graphics, short-form videos, blogs, reels, testimonials, and educational posts.
Grow HabitNu’s online community and increase engagement across platforms.
Monitor trends in healthcare, wellness, digital health, and behavioral health communications.
Content & Brand Development

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications and channels.
Collaborate with leadership, health coaches, clinical experts, and program teams to create compelling stories and campaigns.
Write and edit marketing copy for websites, newsletters, blogs, presentations, and outreach materials.
Support thought leadership initiatives, webinars, media outreach, and conference promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Journalism, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, including documented outcomes that demonstrate measurable growth and engagement
Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or similar creative platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, paid social advertising, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, digital health, public health, or health tech is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
