What You'll Do
Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and our network of lender partners
Present F&I products — service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and protection plans — with a consistent, transparent, menu-based approach
Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
Submit clean, fundable deals and manage timely funding
Partner with the Sales team to deliver a seamless, premium client experience
Track key metrics and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth
What We're Looking For
Proven F&I production in an automotive dealership (luxury experience a plus)
Strong menu selling skills and solid product penetration
Excellent lender relationships and deal-structuring ability
Working knowledge of F&I compliance (Safeguards Rule, OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending)
Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and Darwin
