A Snapshot of Your Day

You start your day aligning with senior Gas Services stakeholders on priorities and communication needs. You develop and refine leadership messages and clear storylines for strategic, operational, and transformation topics. Throughout the day, you translate complex information into concise, audience-specific communication and independently manage communication projects in a global environment. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support change initiatives and strengthen internal storytelling.

How You'll Make an Impact

Develop leadership and executive communications for Gas Services, including clear, impactful messaging for senior stakeholders

Structure and refine strategic, operational, and transformation-related communication content and storylines

Translate complex topics into clear, audience-specific messages with strong attention to tone, context, and impact

Independently manage communication projects in a global, international environment

Contribute actively to internal communication, storytelling formats, and change initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge, refine, and improve communication outputs

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field

5+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications or a comparable communication-focused role

Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

Strong writing, structuring, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages

Confidence working with senior stakeholders in an international environment

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low-emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, including steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities are enabled through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
