Role Overview
Attersee is seeking a Director of E-Commerce to lead our direct-to-consumer business. This is a hands‑on role on a small team, with responsibility across site operations, email and CRM, affiliate marketing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate across creative, brand, and operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing, experience in luxury or premium fashion, and the ability to balance creative judgment with analytical rigor. The brand is growing quickly, and this is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at a pivotal moment.

Site & Commerce

Manage day‑to‑day operations of shopattersee.com on Shopify, including site merchandising, product launches, CRO, and UX improvements

Develop and execute cross‑channel activation plans around new collections, seasonal moments, and key selling periods

Monitor inventory flow and availability to identify selling opportunities and inform site merchandising priorities

Own the e‑commerce reporting cadence: track core KPIs including conversion, AOV, and sell‑through; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations

Manage the relationship with our development agency — including briefing, prioritization, and oversight of the site roadmap

Email, CRM & Retention

Lead all weekly emailand SMS strategy and execution in Klaviyo and email flows, including lifecycle programs, segmentation, and campaign calendars

Build and refine customer segmentation to support targeted outreach and drive repeat purchase, with particular focus on converting new customers into loyal ones

Develop retention strategies informed by customer data, purchase behavior, and editorial storytelling

Elevate the CX experience: Leveraging Gorgias, build out automations and response workflows that feel brand‑appropriate, and create a seamless handoff process between digital and retail for in‑person and styling inquiries

Affiliate & Community Commerce

Own the ShopMy affiliate program: manage relationships with top‑performing affiliates, monitor attribution, and identify growth opportunities

Work with the team to develop content and assets that support affiliate storytelling and drive conversion

Partner with the retail team to develop stylists and influencer relationships rs who represent the brand to maximize their commercial impact

Content & Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with brand and content team to develop a monthly content and promotional roadmap; help brief and secure assets needed to support DTC activity

Ensure e‑commerce imagery, editorial content, and product presentation are consistently elevated and on‑brand

Bring a strong editorial perspective to email, site, and campaign execution

What You Bring

5–8 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, ideally in luxury fashion, contemporary fashion, or a premium DTC brand

Deep hands‑on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo

Strong analytical skills and fluency with Google Analytics and e‑commerce metrics — you know how to find the story in the data and communicate it clearly

A genuine love of fashion and of the brand — and a strong instinct for what great luxury brand presentation looks and feels like

Experience managing or contributing to affiliate programs; ShopMy familiarity is a plus

Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating on a lean team, where you'll be doing as much as directing

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong project management instincts

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
