Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $17
Shift: Days (40 hours)
What's the Job?
Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products safely and efficiently
Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components accurately
Perform quality checks and read measurements using a tape measure
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently
What's Needed?
Recent industrial or manufacturing experience
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn new machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height as needed
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Reliable and committed to showing up consistently and on time
