Friday (Flexible schedule)
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships. Promote and sell neurosurgical products to hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Develop and execute effective territory plans, including account targeting and call strategies. Conduct product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and provide procedural support as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts. Travel regularly throughout the territory to support accounts and drive revenue growth. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
