Job Title: Account Executive Location: Remote (Florida preferred; multi-state territory) Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $85,000

$90,000 annually + performance-based incentives Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Standard business hours; flexibility required based on territory and travel

In this role, you will develop meaningful partnerships with school districts and education leaders, helping expand access to programs that support student success and social-emotional growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strategic relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners

Drive territory growth through proactive outreach, account management, and long-term partnership development

Manage full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, and closing agreements

Create and execute strategic account plans to support adoption, retention, and expansion

Support onboarding and implementation of programs, including coordinating trainings and resources

Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline through CRM tracking and reporting

Attend conferences, events, and regional meetings to build relationships and generate new opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client success and program delivery

Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure long-term engagement and success

Meet or exceed sales targets while aligning efforts with organizational mission and impact goals

Deliver regular updates on performance, pipeline activity, and regional strategy
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field required 57+ years of experience in edtech, education sales, or related field Experience working with K12 school districts or education organizations strongly preferred Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and secure long-term partnerships Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
