About the Role

Our client is seeking a Studio Assistant to support a high-volume e-commerce photo studio in Brooklyn. This team handles a wide range of product photography and is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in photography, retail, or studio operations to gain hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

Prepare products for photo shoots (steaming garments, placing items on hangers, organizing sets, etc.)

Assemble and stage products for imaging, including clothing and small goods

Repackage products after photography for shipment out of the studio

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and studio equipment

Move, track, and locate inventory throughout the studio

Follow a structured daily workflow set by the operations team

Qualifications

Previous retail experience (preferably in a clothing or apparel environment)

Strong customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail

Experience or interest in working in a photography studio or production-based environment (ideal)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes

Basic computer skills (PC proficiency)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Nice to Have

Photography or camera experience

Experience in merchandising, labeling, inventory, or operations

This is a Contract position based out of BROOKLYN, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
