Base: $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services running on Tomcat.
- Write efficient SQL queries and work closely with relational databases to ensure performance and scalability.
- Translate complex requirements into robust, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with a small team of talented engineers in an environment that values autonomy, curiosity, and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong experience with React and SQL.
- Familiarity with Java / Tomcat or similar backend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and system design fundamentals.
- A pragmatic, collaborative mindset — someone who enjoys problem‑solving in a small, fast‑moving team.
