Creative Doorway is launching our most intentional campaign yet — a cinematic thought leadership series led by our Director of Production, James Buzzacco, whose voice serves as the creative conscience in an era of AI-saturated branding. This campaign is built on 20+ years of creative experience — and now, we’re looking for the right person to ensure it moves with consistency, technical precision, and targeting accuracy.
We’re hiring a Campaign Operations & Analytics Lead to help us bridge vision and visibility. This role is for someone who understands not just the “how,” but the “who” behind high-converting content.
Qualifications
Manage the weekly distribution of content across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Set up and maintain video SEO, tagging, titles, and link tracking
Build and own a structured content calendar to ensure rollout consistency
Run and refine analytics dashboards (YouTube, GA4, custom) to evaluate performance
Provide weekly insight summaries (watch time, engagement drop-off, retention, CTR)
Oversee targeting strategy : ensure content reaches marketing directors, brand executives, founders in wellness, biotech, creative, and longevity industries
Assist with paid promotion (YouTube Ads, Instagram, and other social ad platforms — excluding Meta/Facebook)
Responsibilities
Proven experience with YouTube Studio , GA4 , and basic social ad tools (YouTube Ads, Instagram Boosts, LinkedIn Ads)
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad performance metrics, and conversion tracking
Ability to manage structured rollout systems across channels
Working knowledge of SEO for video content and platform optimization best practices
Experience building and managing content performance dashboards
Confident working with a creative-first team (non-corporate, story-led campaigns)
Must provide client references or real-world examples of campaigns or content strategies you’ve successfully managed
5+ Years Experience – Compensation $1,600–$5,200/month
