Senior Art Director

A company is looking for a Senior Art Director responsible for the conception and design of integrated advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, develop, and design content based on strategic direction for digital tactics
Manage the creative process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Lead and mentor entry-level designers/art directors while fostering collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of creative/creative management experience, preferably with a digital agency
Experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device marketing is preferred
Proficient in Figma and advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Digital portfolio of creative samples, with pharmaceutical marketing samples preferred
